A Project Brief is a tool we use to customize our designs and methodology to fit your brand or in some cases create a brand to fit your mission while appealing to your target market.
We generally do not charge for revisions during the design phase of any project. Once a design has been agreed upon, all future revisions are subject to a standard hourly charge of $35.00/hour.
For all Web Design and Motion Graphic projects we ask for 50% of the project quote prior to work commencing. An additional 25% is due once a design has been provided and approved, with the final balance due prior to implementation.
For all other (unless specified otherwise for custom projects) design or advertising projects, the total balance will be due prior to receipt of any deliverable files.
Payment for maintenance and social media plans is due no later than the first of the month for the month of which the service will cover. Quarterly payment options are also available with 10% discount in rate.
We accept check, money order, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), and Paypal.
(Please note: Personal checks are subject to a 5 day hold for processing. We charge a $35.00 fee on all returned items.)
